You’ll find Passages Design Build in some of the finest neighborhoods within the cities of Minneapolis and Edina. Our goal is always the same- build new, low maintenance homes for people that desire to live in core urban neighborhoods without the headaches and maintenance of an old home.

Every home we build is what we call “S.M.A.R.T.” A S.M.A.R.T. home is simply a combination of three things.

  1. Architecture. These homes are designed to stand the test of time. The architecture blends seamlessly with homes were built from the 1900′s – 1950′s.
  2. Budget Friendly. Our job is to provide you with first class housing in a budget that makes sense. The current housing market demands we make thoughtful choices with the materials we incorporate into your home.
  3. Functionality. Because we have limited space to build these homes, we demand better function with less square feet.
