  • Quarterly maintenance checks. We’ll come to your home and complete a detailed checklist to verify everything is working as it should be AND take care of any workmanship items that need addressing.
  • Lawn Service. Our professionals will mow your lawn each week or as it needs it for the first two mowing seasons.
  • Snow Removal. We’ll take care of it. Every time it snows more than 2″, our crew will plow your driveway and shovel your sidewalk.

Step #2: Select a home site and determine preliminary budgets

Step #3: The Design Consultation meeting narrows your specifications and budget

Step #4: Plan deposit and final plan

Passages Design Build provides a 100% Design Satisfaction Guarantee.

If Passages Design Build cannot provide an Architecturally Engineered home plan with More Functionality within the estimated budget range, including the preliminary specifications, from the Design Consultation meeting – Passages Design Build will refund 100% of the plan deposit fee. You are under no obligation to complete the project with Passages Design Build.
